Job Description: Business Development Sales Executive (Total Openings: 3)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales (B2B/B2C)

Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and results-driven Business Development Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and build long-term business relationships.
Selected candidates will develop current business opportunities in either Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing, depending on the assigned role.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Contact potential clients, understand their business needs,
and pitch relevant services.
• Promote and sell Digital Marketing services or Influencer Marketing solutions, depending on the assigned position.
• Schedule meetings, deliver service presentations, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, campaign management, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
