Crystal Group is one of India's leading cold chain logistics companies. We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with our MD. You'd be the MD's right hand and keep things moving across the business.
What you'll do
• Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel and priorities end to end
• Coordinate with senior leadership and the Business Development team to keep sales and key initiatives on track
• Prepare reports, MIS, presentations and regular updates for the MD
• Follow up on action items and close loops without being asked
• Handle confidential information with discretion
What we're looking for
• Currently working as an Executive Assistant
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an EA, ideally supporting an MD, CEO or CXO
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Highly proactive. You anticipate needs before they come up
• Solid organisation and follow-up skills, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• Experience in a startup or mid-sized company is a plus
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
