Role Snapshot
We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team.
This is a customer facing role where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding, understand requirements, track project progress, and ensure timely execution.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate customer onboarding from kickoff to go live.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, pending tasks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up with stakeholders and drive action items to closure.
• Schedule meetings, document discussions, and share progress updates.
• Identify delays or blockers and flag them to the relevant team members.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes,



checklists, and customer documentation.
• Capture customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns.

You Are a Fit If you
• Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Have a B.Tech degree or a related technical background.
• Are curious about SaaS, technology, and digital products.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and teams.
• Are organised and positive at managing tasks, timelines, and follow ups.
• Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
• Learn new products and tools quickly.
• Are comfortable working with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Can use tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and presentations.
• Are interested in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows.
