Job Description: Influencer Marketing Manager
Location: South Delhi (Onsite)
Compensation: INR 5.0–6.5 LPA
Role OverviewWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer campaigns and manage client relationships end to end. The role involves campaign planning and execution, creator coordination, content and script alignment, and guiding associates and interns.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution, an understanding of creators and content, confident client communication, and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Candidates with robust creator-specific scripting and content strategy skills are especially preferred. Candidates who can independently lead both campaign management and scripting may be considered for a combined scope, within the approved compensation range.
Key Responsibilities• Manage assigned brands and campaigns end to end—from understanding the mandate and planning through creator onboarding, content approvals, go-live, reporting, and closure.
• Translate client requirements into clear campaign plans, creator briefs,



internal action points, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate mid-tier, macro, celebrity, regional, and niche creators based on audience, brand fit, and campaign objectives.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, agreements, timelines, revisions, approvals, posting requirements, and payment readiness.
• Write, review, and refine creator-specific concepts and scripts that feel authentic to the creator while meeting brand requirements and claims.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, approval records, commercials, status updates, and escalation notes in company systems.
• Manage client and creator communication professionally; flag risks early and resolve routine escalations independently.
• Allocate work to associates and interns, review deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal follow-up.
