ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own all aspects of digital marketing for WEchartered and its group companies. You will set the marketing direction, build and deploy go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each market and service line, and be accountable for marketing KPIs, above all the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into sales pipeline.
Budget - 12 Lakh to 15 Lakh INR Per Annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy & GTM: Build the annual marketing strategy, budget and channel plan. Design and launch GTM strategies for new services, markets and group entities, including positioning, ideal customer profiles, messaging and offers.
• Demand generation:



Own the MQL target. Plan and run full-funnel campaigns that attract, nurture and convert business owners, CFOs and finance leaders into qualified leads.
• Channel ownership: Lead SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO), paid search and paid social (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), email and marketing automation, content marketing, webinars and social media.
• Website & conversion: Own the websites and landing pages of the group; improve conversion rates through testing, lead magnets and explicit calls to action.
• Brand & content: Keep a consistent, credible brand across all group companies. Oversee thought-leadership content, case studies, blogs and sales collateral.
• Sales alignment: Agree MQL and SQL definitions with sales, manage lead scoring and hand-off in the CRM, and close the loop on lead quality.
