We are expanding our B2B Revenue & Lead Generation Team and looking for field sales professionals with experience in the K–12 school ecosystem.

? Position: Associate / Senior Associate – B2B Vertical

? Reporting To: State Head – Tamil Nadu
? CTC: ₹5–7 LPA, based on experience, previous compensation and suitability

? Who We Are Looking For

✔ Preferably 1–2+ years of experience in B2B school sales, school visits or institutional sales
✔ Experience engaging with School Chairmen, Correspondents, Principals, School Owners and other key decision-makers
✔ Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
✔ Ability to independently manage school meetings and build long-term institutional relationships
✔ Consistent follow-up, pipeline management and a target-oriented approach




✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for regular school visits
Candidates from K–12 EdTech, Educational Publications, School Solutions, Olympiads, Assessments, LMS or Institutional Sales backgrounds will have an added advantage.
? Key Responsibilities
• Identify, visit and onboard potential schools within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers
• Drive school sign-ups and approximately 2,500 Offline Olympiad Prelims registrations per month for Grades 6–12
• Manage the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with schools for the smooth execution of Offline Olympiads
? Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Sunday off
? Qualification: Graduation mandatory | BE / B.Tech / MBA preferred
