Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mannargudi. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs and curriculum across grade levels in alignment with school standards. The Academic Coordinator will support teachers through lesson planning guidance, classroom observation, feedback, and professional development activities. Daily tasks include coordinating assessments, analyzing student performance data, overseeing academic records,



and working closely with school leadership to improve teaching and learning outcomes. The role also involves communicating with parents and guardians on academic matters, ensuring students receive appropriate academic guidance and support.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Education, with experience in school-based academic administration or coordination.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing, reviewing, and aligning lesson plans and assessments with educational standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teachers, students, parents, and school leadership.
• Experience in Academic Advising, including guiding students on academic progress and learning strategies.
