Role Description
The Senior Tour Consultant is a sales-led role responsible for converting inbound travel enquiries into confirmed bookings across domestic and international products, and for managing the customer relationship through to post-travel follow-up.

Key responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to inbound enquiries from all channels, and convert them into bookings through consultative selling
• Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel needs, and recommend suitable tour options




• Design customized itineraries and prepare explicit, competitive proposals and quotations
• Follow up on open enquiries, negotiate, and close bookings within agreed timelines
• Coordinate confirmed bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities with internal teams and external partners
• Manage post-sale customer relations: documentation, queries, changes, on-trip support, and feedback collection
• Lead guided tours occasionally, as business requires
• Maintain current knowledge of destinations, pricing, travel regulations, and market trends
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and conversions
• Contribute to improving service offerings and customer experience

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, in a sales or client-facing role
• Proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings and designing and managing tour packages
