Position: HR Apprentice

Job PurposeTo support the HR department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement while gaining practical experience in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate candidate communication and interview follow-ups.
• Support joining formalities, onboarding, and pre-joining documentation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support HRMS activities and employee documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with employees and other departments for routine HR activities.




• Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.

Eligibility Criteria• Freshers only – candidates with prior work experience are not eligible to apply.
• Education: BBA, B.Com, B.A., MBA (HR), or any relevant graduate qualification.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a manufacturing environment.

Training and DevelopmentThe apprentice will receive practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRMS processes under the guidance of the HR team.
