We are looking for a relationship-oriented B2B salesperson who can combine robust sales ability with a consultative Business Growth mindset. This is not a telecalling-only role. You will understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities, recommend the right IT/digital solutions and convert qualified prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
• Connect with business owners, founders and decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for Web Development, Software, Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, AI and Automation.
• Recommend the right solution or combination of solutions based on the client's business goals.
• Build genuine, friendly and professional relationships with prospects and clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification → consultation → proposal → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, conduct presentations/meetings, handle objections and negotiate confidently.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and follow-ups through CRM, calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
What We Are looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Services or Business Development.
• Proven ability to sell IT/digital services such as websites, software, digital marketing or related solutions.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Natural relationship-building ability with a friendly, professional approach.
• Consultative mindset: understand the business problem first, then recommend the solution.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of taking ownership of the sales pipeline.
IT Services Knowledge
Working knowledge of Website Development, E-commerce, Custom Software, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google/Meta Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, AI
