About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. HR Executive to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to joining formalities and payroll. You’ll create a smooth experience for candidates and employees while keeping our HR processes accurate, compliant, and on time.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and draft job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultants
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage the hiring pipeline, track metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio), and maintain the ATS or tracker
• Handle reference checks, salary negotiation, and offer rollouts
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies

Onboarding and Joining Formalities
• Issue offer and appointment letters and collect signed acceptances




• Collect and verify joining documents (ID proofs, education and experience certificates, relieving letters, and more)
• Coordinate background verification with third-party vendors
• Create employee records in the HRIS and complete statutory enrolments (PF, ESI, PT)
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance for laptops, access, ID cards, and seating before Day 1
• Run induction sessions and check in with current hires at 30, 60, and 90 days
• Manage probation tracking and confirmations

Payroll Administration
• Collect and validate monthly inputs: attendance, leaves, overtime, joiners, exits, and salary changes
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines, and resolve payslip queries
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
• Support full and final settlements for exiting employees
• Maintain payroll records

General HR Operations
• Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR MIS reports
