VigneX is committed to transparent operations with publicly shared proof of reserves and a strict policy of not lending out user assets. The company follows a compliance-first approach and plans to register with FIU-IND before launch, incorporating full KYC, AML checks, and tax deduction. Based in Ujjain and focused on investors across India’s towns and cities, VigneX is looking for partners to help shape safe, accessible crypto investing for Bharat.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping VigneX’s product, strategy, and growth, working closely with the founding team to build a crypto SIP platform for first-time investors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the product roadmap, conducting market and user research, driving go-to-market initiatives, and building partnerships with ecosystem players such as exchanges, payment providers, and compliance advisors. The role will also involve setting up and overseeing operations, leading early sales and customer acquisition efforts, and representing the company to investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Indore, with regular in-person collaboration supplemented by flexibility for some work from home. The Co-Founder will share responsibility for vision, culture, and long-term value creation, with significant ownership in both decision-making and equity.
