Role Description The Company Secretary will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full time capacity, supporting the organization’s compliance, governance, and regulatory responsibilities. This role includes preparing and maintaining statutory records, registers, and documentation in line with applicable corporate laws and regulations. The Company Secretary will coordinate and document board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.



The role involves filing required forms and returns with regulatory authorities, monitoring deadlines, and advising leadership on compliance and governance matters. The Company Secretary will also collaborate with finance, legal, and management teams to support corporate transactions, policy updates, and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications

• Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from a recognized institute, with sound knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in maintaining statutory registers, preparing minutes, and managing board and general meeting documentation.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant company law, securities regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting resolutions, reports, and regulatory correspondence.
