Role Description:



We're seeking a versatile Digital Creative & Operations Support Specialist to enhance our digital presence and operational efficiency. This multi-faceted role integrates UI/UX design, social media management, and essential team support across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive UI designs (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) for web and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and improved user experience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), scheduling content, engaging with clients, and analyzing trends.
• Team & Operations Support: Provide administrative, project coordination, and documentation assistance to marketing and other internal teams.
• Content Creation: Design engaging graphics (Canva) and perform basic video editing for digital channels.
