Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to drive online customer acquisition, store footfall, sales, and revenue growth for our retail business. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize return on marketing investment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, retail or e-commerce campaigns, customer acquisition, retargeting, and data-driven campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, product discovery, brand awareness, and retail store visits.
• Manage campaigns for product launches, seasonal sales, festive offers, promotional events, and clearance sales.




• Execute search, display, shopping, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.
• Manage media budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive online sales, customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and store footfall through digital campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, revenue, ROAS, and CAC.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and promotional offers.
• Track campaign effectiveness and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform dashboards for performance analysis.
