Hiring: Social Media Executive (SMO) | Shaswa Dimension | Hyderabad (Work from Office)
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can grow our clients’ brands on social media, not just post on them.
What you’ll do
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for client brands on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create and schedule posts, carousels, and reels, with clear captions and relevant hashtags
• LinkedIn: manage client company pages, and create professional posts, carousels, and updates that build brand credibility and follower growth
• Grow pages organically through trend-led content, consistent posting, and community engagement
• Optimise client profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (bios, highlights, banners, links, and posting times) for better visibility and reach
• Respond to comments and DMs, and pass enquiries to the team
• Run basic post boosts on Meta to increase reach and engagement
• Track and report on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and enquiries from social media

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn: content formats, trends, algorithms, and what makes content perform on each
• Ability to adapt tone: engaging for Instagram, professional for LinkedIn
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and basic post boosting
• Able to create simple creatives and reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Good writing skills for captions and posts, plus transparent communication
• Organised, consistent, and comfortable handling multiple client pages
