Role Description: The Creative Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves developing integrated creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns, aligning brand objectives with data-driven insights. The Creative Strategist will translate client goals into compelling concepts, guide creative direction across copy and design, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and media teams.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, crafting brand and campaign narratives, reviewing creative outputs for strategic consistency, and optimizing concepts based on performance metrics. The role also includes presenting ideas to clients, refining strategies based on feedback, and ensuring all creative work supports measurable business growth.
