Role Description The Brand Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Brand Partner will work closely with local retailers and brand stakeholders to onboard them to Nearwala, present the platform’s value, and support them in running effective campaigns and offers. Daily responsibilities include managing relationships with partner stores,



gathering feedback from merchants and customers, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring brand visibility across assigned neighborhoods. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine brand messaging, tracking performance metrics, and identifying new partnership opportunities that align with Nearwala’s mission to empower local businesses.
Qualifications
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills to support and grow partnerships with local retailers and brands.
• Experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably within retail, FMCG, or startup environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working in office in market, conducting store visits, and engaging with merchants and customers in person.
