• Scout and evaluate new technologies, materials, security features, printing technologies, RFID technologies, and manufacturing processes relevant to security products.
• Support new product development and technology projects from concept and feasibility assessment through POC, trials, validation, and commercialization.
• Coordinate with OEMs, technology partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for technology evaluation, sampling, trials, and implementation.
• Support development of RFID labels/inlays, secure labels, and other security printing products.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, benchmarking, technology comparisons, and cost evaluations for recent products and processes.
• Identify opportunities for manufacturing automation, process improvement, productivity enhancement, and wastage reduction.
• Support selection and evaluation of printing, converting, RFID, inspection, automation,



and other manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in identifying and coordinating product certifications, testing, validation, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation including product specifications, process documents, test reports, POC reports, and presentations.
• Monitor technology and market developments in security printing, RFID, anti-counterfeiting, digital printing, authentication, and secure identification solutions.

Experience & Expertise
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in one or more of the following:
• Printing / converting /RFID / Security labels
• Experience in new product development, technical trials, vendor/OEM coordination, or process improvement.
