Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing role based in Jaipur. As a Paid Ads Expert you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include planning media budgets,



setting up and monitoring campaigns, conducting A/B tests on ad creatives and audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to improve ROAS. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, web, and social media teams to align ads with landing pages, brand messaging, and overall marketing strategy. The Paid Ads Expert will also prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven strategies for clients. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications
