Key Responsibilities
• Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
• Sell Integrated Media Solutions: Understand client requirements and pitch advertising solutions across TV, print, outdoor, transit, and digital platforms.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow up on opportunities, prepare proposals, and drive deals through to closure.
• Develop Winning Pitches: Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives and campaign requirements.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing,



and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive client experience.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development with an advertising agency, media agency, or advertising company.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, with exposure to integrated media solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for sales and business growth.
• Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present effective advertising solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
