Role Description The Sales Manager role at YES BANK is a full-time, hybrid position based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving acquisition and growth of retail and MSME banking products, including deposits, loans,



and digital solutions, by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term customers. Daily activities include managing a sales portfolio, meeting revenue and volume targets, conducting customer visits, and collaborating with branch teams and product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance service quality. The Sales Manager is also expected to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, uphold data privacy and security standards, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
