Role Description The Co-Founder role at Quantum World Ventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision, including identifying high-impact deep-tech opportunities and guiding product and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading market research, developing go-to-market plans, building partnerships with industry, academia, and government,



and driving sales and fundraising initiatives. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with technical and business teams, oversee key operational decisions, and represent the venture at events, investor meetings, and stakeholder discussions. This role is suited for a person who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and can take ownership across strategy, execution, and team leadership.
Qualifications
