What You'll Do
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
• Optimize websites for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)
• Perform technical audits and coordinate with developers for fixes
• Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns (link building, outreach)
• Monitor analytics, rankings, and traffic via Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance breakdowns
• Collaborate with content and design teams for SEO-driven pages
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and implement best practices
• LinkedIn outreach plan, website handling.

What We’re Looking For
• 1 Year of hands-on SEO experience (agency background preferred)
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page,



and technical SEO
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Experience with WordPress and basic HTML
• Positive communication, reporting, and time-management skills

Nice to Have
• Experience managing local SEO and multi-location websites
• Basic knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Content planning or SEO content writing background
