Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.




• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
