TIST Media is looking for a PR Manager to drive visibility and growth for TIST and our creator roster. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with brands and agencies, identify and secure meaningful opportunities for our creators, and strengthen TIST's presence across the industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely passionate about getting TIST and its creators noticed. This is a high-ownership role where performance is measured by tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Build and execute PR strategies to strengthen TIST's positioning with brands, agencies, and across relevant social and professional platforms.
• Identify and secure brand endorsements, collaborations, events, and experiences for TIST's creator roster.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media, event organisers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.




• Proactively pitch creators to brands and identify opportunities that align with their profiles and positioning.
• Take ownership of the PR and creator visibility agenda, from identifying opportunities to driving them through to closure
• Develop and manage a pipeline of brand relationships, pitches, and potential collaborations.
• Track outreach, opportunities secured, and outcomes to measure performance and identify areas for growth

Requirements :

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in PR, influencer marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, or a media/advertising company
• Strong communication skills; well-spoken, articulate, and confident in qualified settings
• Excellent relationship-building, networking, and pitching skills
• Presentable and polished, with the ability to represent TIST confidently in meetings, events, and industry settings
