Your Role At Baxter

A Principal Engineer (Test) for V&V; will be responsible for formulating Test Analysis, Test strategy , Automation framework, Drive Test quality improvements Across Platforms, New Product development and sustaining engineering catering to our portfolio.



The successful candidate will possess solid “hands-on” technical abilities, an excitement and energy for product development, and a passion for their work and the impact it has on meeting the needs of patients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Verification & Validation (V&V;) strategy, test architecture, and automation framework design to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant software products.
• Provide technical leadership across new product development, sustaining engineering, and field issue resolution initiatives.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and approval of key V&V; deliverables, ensuring readiness for product releases and project milestones.
• Drive the adoption of test automation, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices to improve product quality and team efficiency.
