Role Description The Recruiter role is a Part-time, Work from home position based in Chennai. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for healthcare outsourcing and RCM roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting and updating job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, maintain recruitment data and reports, and contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. This role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring targets and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
• Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.




• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and engaging candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and job portals.
• Understanding of healthcare outsourcing or RCM industry roles and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruitment experience is an advantage.
