About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is interested in sales, startups, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential customers, target accounts, and new business opportunities.
• Build, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Engage with prospects,



understand their basic business needs, and qualify opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate lead-status records.
• Schedule qualified meetings, product/service demos, and discovery calls for the sales or founding team.
• Maintain CRM/Google Sheets records and ensure lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes are updated regularly.
• Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve outreach.
• Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation, qualified-lead, and meeting-booking targets.
