Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This role is responsible for managing sales operations across the assigned region, including developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue and growth targets, and expanding the customer base in the construction and industrial segments.



Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients and channel partners, conducting regular client visits, identifying recent business opportunities, and promoting PAMR’s construction chemicals and related services. The Regional Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, application support, and after-sales service. The role also involves leading and mentoring regional sales teams, organizing product demonstrations and training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
