Role Description The Head of Human Resources Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all HR operational functions at INTIMAX WELLNESS. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi,



India oversees HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. The role includes designing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining and improving HR policies and procedures, and ensuring consistent, confidential, and ethical handling of employee matters. The Head of HR Operations manages HRIS and related systems, monitors HR metrics, and drives process improvements that support a high-performance, inclusive, and discreet work culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, guiding managers on HR best practices, resolving employee queries, and supporting training and development initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
