? We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist – Ads ?
Job Details:
• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support through calls, Chat, and Phone in a blended support workplace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze customer concerns by reviewing case history and identifying the root cause to deliver effective resolutions.
• Use AI-powered tools and LLMs to summarize cases, retrieve policy information, and draft personalized customer responses.
• Follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, manage case follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as a customer advocate by identifying product issues, documenting trends, and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
