Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Techno-Commercial Engineer to support the development, sales, engineering and execution of EV charging and BESS solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, designing preliminary technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals,



coordinating with OEMs and suppliers, and supporting project acquisition through execution.
This role requires a combination of technical engineering knowledge, commercial acumen, customer engagement and project coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Engineering & Solution Design
• Conduct technical assessments for EV charging infrastructure and BESS applications.
• Perform preliminary load analysis, energy consumption assessment and system sizing.
• Design conceptual solutions for AC/DC EV chargers, battery storage and hybrid solar-BESS systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), BOQs and equipment selection documents.
• Evaluate battery technologies, PCS, BMS, EMS, charging protocols and system integration requirements.
• Coordinate site surveys and technical feasibility assessments.
