Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing client relationships,



and driving property transactions across Square Yards’ portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting solutions to prospective clients, coordinating property visits, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company policies. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth deal closures and high levels of client satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting revenue and activity targets, and representing Square Yards professionally at client meetings and events.
