HR - PAYROLL & OPERATIONS

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with strong hands-on expertise in payroll processing, attendance management, HRMS and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing payroll and HR operations for a large employee workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, exits and Full & Final settlements.
• Independently handle monthly payroll processing for 200+ employees, including attendance inputs, salary calculations, deductions, LOP, incentives, payouts and payroll validation.
• Manage attendance, leave, regularization, shift management and overtime (OT) calculations.
• Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data and personnel files.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll inputs,



reconciliations and timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare HR MIS reports related to payroll, attendance, headcount and employee movements.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and other HR operational activities.
• Handle employee queries, HR audits and factory/plant-level HR coordination.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 3–6 years of overall HR experience, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, overtime and salary payouts.
• Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees.
• Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll platforms such as GreytHR, Keka, PeopleSoft or Darwinbox.
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and statutory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including payroll reports and HR MIS.
