Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end user experience of Vayu Cloud, Tata Communications next-generation AI-native cloud platform. This role will drive product-led growth (PLG), simplify complex cloud workflows, and build world-class, developer-first experiences across Cloud and AI Studio. You will work at the intersection of AI, Cloud Infrastructure,



and Enterprise UX, defining how users discover, onboard, build, and scale on Vayu. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Experience Leadership Own end-to-end UX for key platform areas: Cloud Console, AI Studio, Developer Workflows Translate complex infra/AI capabilities into intuitive, self-serve experiences Drive consumer-grade UX in enterprise cloud products 2. PLG & Onboarding Excellence Design frictionless signup onboarding provisioning journeys Reduce dependency on support teams through self-serve UX Enable minutes to provision vs traditional delays 3. AI-Native Experience Design Define interaction models for AI copilots (Ask Vayu), automation, and agentic workflows Design AI-assisted setup, recommendations, and observability experiences Shape the future of AI-first cloud interfaces 4.
