Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based at our headquarters in Ernakulam.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new growth opportunities with K–12 schools and educational partners, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and support the implementation of FLP Labs’ programs. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads,



conducting meetings and product presentations to school leadership, preparing formal proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

You will work closely with internal teams to align our offerings with client needs, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports on the pipeline and revenue. As a representative of FLP Labs in the field, you will support market expansion, conduct on-site demos, and assist with events and workshops.

Note on Location & Travel: While the role is based out of Ernakulam, it requires readiness for regular travel to partner schools and target markets across regions including Tamil Nadu, Kodaikanal, and nearby areas.
Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales working closely with schools, K–12 academic institutions, or the edtech sector.

• Business Growth & Strategy: Proven track
