Instaa Precast is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu.

If you have a strong background in civil engineering, project scheduling, precast production planning, and site coordination, we'd love to hear from you

? Location: Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu
? Experience: 4–10 Years
? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Scheduling
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Define project activities, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

2. Precast Production Planning
• Coordinate with production teams to align casting schedules with project requirements.
• Monitor production capacity,



mould utilisation, and sequencing.
• Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources.

3. Site & Installation Planning
• Plan erection sequences for precast elements.
• Coordinate installation schedules with site engineers and project managers.
• Monitor installation productivity and recommend improvements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between production and site execution.
