Role Summary
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn,
YouTube, and other platforms, turning ad spend into qualified leads, robust ROAS, and measurable
revenue impact. This is a data-first, numbers-driven role where you will plan, execute, test, and optimize
campaigns daily, and report performance with complete ownership. If you live in dashboards, obsess over
CPL and ROI, and love scaling what works — this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other
platforms,



and generate high-quality leads at the target Cost Per Lead (CPL) while consistently optimizing
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI). You will set up and manage GA4, Google
Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking, and run continuous A/B testing
across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. You will manage campaign
budgets efficiently, monitor performance daily, and implement optimization strategies in real time. You will
also create dashboards and weekly performance reports, collaborate closely with the design, content, and
development teams to improve campaign outcomes, and stay updated with the latest advertising trends,
AI tools, and platform updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google,
and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering on CPL, ROAS, and
