Role Description The Clinical Trials Operations & Product Strategy Consultant is a full time, hybrid role based in Gurugram,



with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on shaping product strategy for Trialion’s eClinical platform while ensuring that clinical trial operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with sponsor and CRO needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating trial workflows and regulatory requirements into product features, collaborating with product managers and engineers on study build and data lifecycle design, and conducting operational analyses to improve site and sponsor experiences. The consultant will engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize product enhancements, and support the design and rollout of new modules and capabilities. The role also involves preparing documentation and operational playbooks, contributing to go-to-market activities, and supporting cross-functional teams in India and APAC.
