Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients involved in prime real estate transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property and investment options, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timely information, accurate documentation, and seamless transaction execution.



The Relationship Manager will also track market trends in South India, contribute to client acquisition initiatives, and maintain high standards of service and communication.
Qualifications
• Client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in handling high-value transactions or complex deals.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in South India, and an interest in prime property investment.
• Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness to travel locally for client meetings
