Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Oversee the administration, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Robust background in HR data analytics and reporting.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.




• Ability to translate complex HR processes into automated system workflows.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
