Job Title: Engineer III – Control Software
Location- Banglore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–10 Years
Mandatory Skills
• Solid hands-on experience in Embedded C++ and Firmware Development
• Experience with Windows application development using MFC and Qt
• Hands-on experience with GTest/GMock or similar unit testing frameworks
• Understanding of PLC-based systems and industrial communication
• Basic knowledge of IO-Link, OPC UA, Modbus, or Ethernet-based protocols
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles
• Experience in integrating legacy COM/MFC applications with modern software components
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in desktop/control software
• Experience working in Agile Scrum/SAFe environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
• Experience with Microscope Control Software or other instrument control software
• Exposure to WPF
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
