Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist role is a full time, on-site position based at Hotel The Pamposh in South Delhi. The receptionist will greet and check in guests, manage check-out procedures, and handle room reservations and inquiries in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, managing the front desk area, handling guest requests and complaints professionally, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as maintaining guest records, processing payments, updating booking systems,



and preparing simple reports. The receptionist is expected to maintain a professional appearance, provide courteous customer service, and support overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, and handling reservations.
• Solid phone etiquette, with experience answering, screening, and directing calls in a professional manner.
• Clerical skills such as basic computer literacy, data entry, record keeping, and handling billing or payment processes.
