✨ About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at InsuredMine.
In this role, you will be ensuring clients have a seamless experience while using our platform. You’ll play a key role in client onboarding, retention, and growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

? Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train customers effectively on the platform, ensuring a smooth transition
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts during night shift hours
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and account growth
• Monitor customer health metrics and KPIs,



proactively addressing risks
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/tech teams for improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide timely support and resolution to client queries in a rapid-paced environment

? What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
• Willingness to work night shifts (US clients)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM or help desk tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
