Role Description The Mechanical Draftsman is a full-time, on-site role based. This role involves preparing detailed mechanical, technical, and engineering drawings for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and specifications. The Mechanical Draftsman will use computer-aided design (CAD) tools to develop layouts, assemblies, and fabrication drawings, and will collaborate with design engineers and project teams to refine concepts and resolve design issues.
Daily responsibilities include updating drawing revisions, maintaining documentation, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting the preparation of reports and drawing packages for project execution. The role also requires attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and clear communication of design information to internal and external partners.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical Drawings and Engineering Drawings for industrial and project-based applications.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing, including dimensioning, tolerancing, and interpretation of standards.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with proficiency in relevant 2D and 3D drafting software.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Design Engineering fundamentals, including basic mechanical design principles
