We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager & Administrator who can build strong people processes, hire great talent, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day office administration.

Role Overview
This is an execution-oriented role requiring someone who can independently manage recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and office administration.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.





Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Own end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, technology, finance, and corporate functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and founders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines without compromising on candidate quality.

2. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, probation reviews, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave balances, and HR databases.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, reimbursements, and full-and-final settlements.
