Experience:
3 years in a patent law firm in Delhi NCR working with a patent agent/attorney in patent prosecution

Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Managing end-to-end formalities for Indian patent filings
•⁠ ⁠Maintaining and monitoring statutory and internal deadlines of attorneys
•⁠ ⁠Preparing and e-filing forms before the Indian Patent Office
•⁠ ⁠Coordinating with foreign associates, clients and inventors for documents, POAs, assignments, verified translations and priority documents
•⁠ ⁠Reviewing Patent Office correspondence and reporting to attorneys and clients
•⁠ ⁠Preparing status reports and supporting portfolio management

Eligibility
•⁠ ⁠Maximum 3 years of hands-on patent formalities experience in a patent law firm in Delhi NCR working with a patent agent/attorney in patent prosecution
•⁠ ⁠Thorough working knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970, the Patents Rules and the IPO's e-filing portal
•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and spoken English, robust attention to detail and deadline discipline
