Position Title: HR SuccessFactors Administrator/Analyst
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Global Head of Corporate Applications and America’s ERP

Primary Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Administrator/Analyst to manage and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors environment while providing strategic insights to support HR initiatives. This dual role combines system administration expertise with analytical capabilities to ensure optimal system performance, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with business objectives.
The role encompasses facilitating the implementation of new processes, tools, and modules according to the HR roadmap and business requirements. Providing ongoing technical expertise and support on system functionality, upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics is also essential. Furthermore, the SuccessFactors Administrator/Analyst will serve as an internal consultant to functional subject matter experts, assisting in building prototypes for recent features,



conducting quality assurance, data integrity audits, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring/supporting integrations with other enterprise systems.
Key Accountabilities

System Administration
· Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and others as needed. · Manage system security, user roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations. · Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity and compliance. · Monitor the implementation of SuccessFactors updates, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users. · Assist Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with SAP Support and managed service provider.
