About the RoleWe are looking for a technically inclined, customer-focused qualified to handle enquiries for Dhaara Pulse smart water meters, recommend suitable solutions, and convert leads into paid orders.
Key Responsibilities• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and website leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart water metering solutions.
• Assess basic piping, flow, pressure, and installation requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, and installation procedures.
• Prepare quotations, address customer queries, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for demonstrations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities.




• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in technical sales, water systems, plumbing, pumps, instrumentation, or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Success MeasuresSales conversion, revenue collected, technical recommendation accuracy, customer satisfaction, and CRM discipline.
Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives linked to collected sales.
